Dinner is served in multiple courses by a waiter. This is the best option for a more formal dinner that gives you the atmosphere of being in a restaurant. Plated dinners can range from 3-4 courses or upwards of 6 courses for a tasting menu. Best for parties of 10 or less.
Cocktail Parties & Heavy Hors d’Oeuvres
If you are throwing a larger party and don’t necessarily want to serve a full meal, heavy hors d’oeuvres are a great way to keep your guests from going hungry without the formality of a full dinner. Works best for parties of 15 or more.
Showers & Light Hors d'Oeuvres
Hosting a bridal shower or happy hour party? Chef Stephanie can provide light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments to make your gathering one-of-a-kind. Best for parties of 15 or more.
A great option if you are having a casual get together for a small group (typically less than 15 people). Guests are seated all together and the meal is served on large platters for guests to serve themselves.
Food is served buffet-style for guests to serve themselves. This is a great option if you want to provide a meal for a larger group (typically 12 guests or more).
