A personal chef prepares and serves all food items in the client's home. A caterer prepares the food at a separate location and then brings it to the client's home. The process of preparing food directly in the client's home allows for a more intimate experience for the client and their guests.

A personal chef works for a variety of clients on an as needed bases. Private chefs work exclusively for one client and often prepare meals for them daily.

Where does Chef Stephanie shop for groceries?

Chef Stephanie purchases her ingredients from several locations in order to ensure the highest quality possible. The Coppell Farmer’s Market, The Dallas Farmer’s Market, Whole Foods, & Central Market are where she primarily purchases her ingredients. She buys local or organic products when possible, sustainable seafood (as determined by The Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Guide), and humanely raised meat products.
